Story Snapshot

I learned by building, selling, and solving real problems early

I am the first programmer in my family and a self-taught builder. Long before university, I was already learning through real products, real users, and real business outcomes.

Led a 26-person team at 17

Before university, I helped run an education organization, reducing fee defaults from 80% to 5-6%, increasing collections by 375%, and improving staff retention.

First in my family

Became the first programmer in my family and taught myself by building useful software from scratch.

Sold school management software

Built and sold a complete system for grades, fees, attendance, and school operations before university.

Built a 1M+ audience

Grew a Dailymotion channel beyond 1 million subscribers and millions of views, then sold it before starting university.

Shipped in first semester

Built my university's competition platform in my first semester.

6+ years in software and AI

Built products across SaaS, Blockchain, AI, FinTech, and Enterprise teams.

Worked with global teams

Worked with teams across the US, Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India across product and engineering roles.

Bootstrapped ToolGrid

Grew ToolGrid from 0 to 670+ tools, 64,000+ traffic, and 5,000+ daily active users with $0 ad spend and no cold outreach.

ToolGrid

ToolGrid

  • Built an AI execution platform supporting 15,000+ tools and designed to handle 20M+ requests at scale, using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Express, and MongoDB.
  • Built TGPilot, an internal multi-agent AI system combining LLMs, RAG, and AI models to automate engineering workflows, targeting work comparable to that of 20–30 engineers.
  • Designed and implemented an end-to-end LLM aggregation layer, similar to OpenRouter, routing requests across model providers based on task requirements.
  • Engineered AI tool-execution workflows with usage limits, retries, fallback logic, and cost controls to improve reliability and manage inference costs.
  • Integrated and orchestrated AI models and tools into production workflows, connecting APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications.
  • Diagnosed and resolved full-stack issues across the application and infrastructure, owning implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Built Electron desktop applications from a shared codebase, enabling users to execute resource-intensive tasks locally.
  • Implemented Stripe and Paddle billing for subscriptions, usage-based credits, and plan management.
  • Managed CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, server configuration, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinated freelance developers and designers, delegated technical work based on expertise, and managed delivery across specialized tasks.

Platform: ToolGrid is building an AI execution layer for humans and AI agents, bringing tools, workflows, and APIs together through a unified platform.

One place to solve everyday core tasks.

We’re building the execution layer for humans and AI agents: one platform where tools, workflows, and APIs live together instead of being scattered across many products.

Beyond Code

Some of the things that shaped how I think didn't come from code.

I've played many games since childhood, but Chess and Cricket have always been my favorites.

They taught me different sides of the same habit: decision making under uncertainty.

Chess

Think ahead

Chess slows the moment down for me. It pushes me to look past the obvious move, understand the position, and think about what the board could become a few decisions later.

Cricket

Adapt quickly

Cricket taught me the opposite rhythm. Conditions change, pressure moves around, and plans only matter if you can adjust them quickly when the next ball asks a different question.

Decision making under uncertainty.

Maybe that's why I enjoy building software too - understanding the situation, weighing trade-offs, anticipating what could happen next, and making decisions with imperfect information.

Books

Some ideas stayed with me long after I closed the book.

I've read hundreds of books over the years. Reading has always been one of my favorite ways to explore ideas, understand different perspectives, and learn from experiences far beyond my own.

But every now and then, a book leaves something behind that becomes part of how you see the world.

For me, one of those books is The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

A book that stayed with me

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

Robin Sharma

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

A personal favorite

What stayed with me wasn't simply the story, but the questions it encourages you to ask about purpose, discipline, simplicity, and the kind of life you actually want to build.

Purpose

Being intentional about what you're building your life around.

Discipline

Small, consistent actions can shape much bigger outcomes.

Simplicity

More isn't automatically better; clarity often comes from removing what doesn't matter.

Intentional Living

Don't let life become something that simply happens to you.

And there are many more.

I've explored hundreds of books across different subjects, and this is only the beginning of the shelf. I'm gradually collecting the books, ideas, and lessons that have genuinely stayed with me.
